Hua Yang Berhad subsidiary, Grandeur Park Sdn Bhd is proposing to buy two plots of agricultural land in Johor for RM35.2 million from Messrs Ho Soo Ching and Ho Tyng Choon as well as Ho Kee Nyap Sdn Bhd.

The first plot of land is located in Senai and is 13.5 acre while the second is a 127 acre plot in Pulai. Both plots are located within one kilometre from Hua Yang’s Taman Pulai Indah project. The Group will develop both lands into a mixed commercial and residential mid-end township with a gross development value of RM350 million.
