SDB Properties Five Stones condominiums are hot
80% sold since launch

Five Stones condominiums by SDB Properties saw an 80 percent take-up since its launch last month. The development consists of two blocks of high rise condominiums and three low rise villas.

 

Residential units there are a minimum 1,800 sq ft and their layouts ensure privacy with only two to four apartments per floor, where every one of them is a corner unit. There is no sharing of party walls between units. Prices of the units start from RM800,000 onwards.

 

The development also features a one-acre park, a clubhouse with sports and fitness facilities, a swimming pool and Kompan children play equipment.

Hey guys, did you know that SDB is going to launch the final 2 blocks on Jan 16th? I didn't get to choose the best units the last time, but this will be it I guess! 'Sides, I heard SDB usually gets better for their 2nd phase launch.I'm so gonna be there early to queue up for this 2nd phase 5 Stones launch. Anyone else joining me this 16th Jan?

Yes Jaya Jusco moving into the commercial lot currently being constructed along the extended Jalan Harapan, walking distance from Five Stones.

Not a bad choice..its a matter of personal preference. However the idea of looking into the hot setting sun every evening from the balcony doesn't quite appeal to me. In addition since the balcony is wide adjoining the living room means it will constantly be sunny/hot from 4-6.30 pm.If you are lucky you may still be able to grab the last one 1800 sq ft to sell on the tower block (the best wing), balcony facing north on a very high floor at developer's launching price. are you sure jaya jusco is relocating from Bandar Utama? Anyway, I am considering the tower block unit facing NW as these are the only available at the moment. It will get evening sun but then I got full view right until the horizon (no joke) as there is no more empty land in front. Unless they will take away the school.....Any comment guys?

SS2 area is transforming and going thru rejuvenation. Coming up nearby along Jln Harapan is the new Jaya Jusco (relocating from Bandar Utama) and just around the back is the increasingly popular Tropicana City Mall. There are no more large tract of land in that area for this sort of low density private high end development. The supply constraint will keep prices up and furthermore the profile of buyers indicates a strong positioning within the senior professionals home market instead of speculators. There won't be many units up for sale/rent when it is ready.

All choice units sold out. Next phase launching 1st quarter 2010 with two sizes ie 2100 sq ft and 2900 sq ft. Average price RM 540-550 psf, 10% above current phase.
