Mitrajaya Holdings Berhad’s wholly-owned subsidiary Mitrajaya Homes Sdn Bhd has acquired a 99-years leasehold property in Petaling Jaya for RM28 million from Danaharta Urus Sdn Bhd.

The 405,108 sq ft property is designated for light industrial use and is currently vacant. Mitrajaya plans its future use to be for industrial and commercial development. There is about 58 years left on its lease.

The purchase will be satisfied fully in cash financed by internal funds and borrowings.
