For some of us, sending festive greetings to friends, family and customers may be a regular chore, but for Mr Lee Wai Keong from Bangsar, sending Hari Raya e-cards turned out to be a rewarding affair.

Lee, a marketing accounts manager of a major Japanese insurance group collected his prize from iProperty.com Kuala Lumpur office and said that it was a pleasant surprise to be drawn as the lucky winner.

According to him, he visits iProperty.com Malaysia website (http://www.iproperty.com.my/) on a regular basis to do his market research and get a good overview of current Malaysia property offerings.

A property owner himself, Lee likes to keep up-to-date with the latest Malaysia property development launches, trends and events. Despite being introduced to the website by his colleague in the first place, Lee now becomes a source of information on the latest property developments for his colleagues.

When asked to name his favourite location to stay in Klang  Valley, Lee said that it is Bangsar as he grew up there. He opined that the key factors of consideration when looking for property would be the overall convenience and accessibility by public transport.

“Bangsar combines all that together with a marvelous atmosphere, great dining opportunities and shopping centres,” adds Lee.
