Property developer enters joint venture agreement to develop serviced residences Nov 04, 2009
Synergy Score Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of L&G Berhad has entered into a joint venture agreement with Forward Splendour Sdn Bhd to jointly govern a joint venture company, Elite Forward Sdn Bhd, to develop 10,546.774 sq m of freehold land.
The said land located in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur is to be acquired from Sazean Holdings Sdn Bhd for a total cash consideration of RM55 million. The new joint venture company has plans to develop high end serviced apartments on the freehold land.
