Mawar Hebat Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dijaya Corporation Berhad (Dijaya), is acquiring a total of 7,131 sq m of leasehold land from Mentari Land Sdn Bhd for a total cash consideration of RM19.5 million.

Dijaya said in a Bursa Malaysia filing that there are plans to carry out a commercial development on the properties, which are located in the vicinity of Sunway Mentari and has direct frontage onto Jalan Kelang Lama.
