Puncak Tropika

High-end semi-detached homes tucked right in the middle of Shah Alam

Luxury living can be defined in more ways than one. It can be living inside a grand spacious home, describing the lifestyle associated with it, or even possibly drawing the prestige of its surroundings.

Well, luxury living in Puncak Tropika is all three definitions combined.

One of PKNS, the Selangor state’s development arm, finest high-end project, Puncak Tropika comprises of only 28 exclusive three-storey semi-detached homes. Every single one of the houses is immaculately built and is perched high up on elevated land.

There are three types of designs to choose from at Puncak Tropika, offering built-ups from 3,680 sq ft up to 4,170 sq ft. Ensuring the most pampering levels of comfort for its occupants, all bedrooms are generously sized, along with the living areas. After all, despite ample built-up space, there are only three and four bedrooms layout configurations to pick from at Puncak Tropika.

Architectural features of the homes have a whimsical feel to them as some of them have dual entrances. One of the entrances is predictably on ground level while the other is on the first floor, led there by a staircase on its side.

Looking out from the insides of the homes, one can see caringly landscaped surroundings that immediately please the eyes and relax the mind. Imagine leisurely evening strolls amidst eye-pleasing landscapes while watching children play outside cheerfully with their peers. Puncak Tropika is where life’s at.

Prestigious surroundings

Taking the old adage that location is the key that unlocks true potential value of properties, Puncak Tropika is sitting on a gem of a location. After all, it is situated in Section 9, right smack in the middle of the bustling, flourishing Shah Alam city.

Drawing the best of its hilly surroundings, those living in Puncak Tropika can look forward to living comfortably in a serene and private area. This luxurious lifestyle is one to be savoured as it is something rare in a city.

Another beauty of Puncak Tropika’s location is that despite it being tucked in the privacy of its very own surroundings, the homes are actually just a short distance away from modern amenities, facilities, shopping and business areas. After all, Shah Alam is the country’s first planned city and the state capital of Selangor as well. This is why Puncak Tropika benefits from modern urban infrastructure and services in its surroundings.

Perhaps another word that best describes the lifestyle of Puncak Tropika residents is idyllic. If grocery shopping is what’s needed, there is the ever popular Tesco hypermarket which is literally just down the road. Meanwhile, there is the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Golf Club (KGSAAS) nearby if one is to fancy a round of golf on weekends.

Some of Shah Alam’s most prestigious landmarks are also within the vicinity of Puncak Tropika such as the commanding Masjid Negeri and the mesmerising Istana Bukit Kayangan.

If there is ever a need to travel outside of the neighbourhood, there is myriad of arterial roads that connect the city of Shah Alam to other major areas such as Klang, Setia Alam, Subang Jaya, and Bukit Jelutong. Travelling within the city is also bliss as it is free from traffic jam thanks to its well-planned wide roads and many access points.

Amazing value

Idyllic location, private lifestyle and pampering conveniences, can it get any better at Puncak Tropika? Actually, yes.

The homes at Puncak Tropika are amazingly priced from only RM1.2 million, which is a true bargain for a truly low density neighbourhood in an area now scarce for development. The three-storey semi-detached homes are scheduled to be completed with issued CF in February 2010, which is just a month away. To date, 20 per cent of the units valued at RM7.2 million have been taken up.

Prolific developer

Puncak Tropika is RM34.3 million gross development value project developed by Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS), the development arm of the Selangor state. With 45 years of experience in property development, PKNS continues to entrench themselves as a prominent property developer in Selangor.

Apart from Puncak Tropika, PKNS has also recently launched its latest freehold housing project, Ayuqaseh in 240-acre Alam Nusantara, near Shah Alam. Priced from RM335,000 onwards, Ayuqaseh two storey-link houses have built-ups of between 1,800 sq ft and 1,900 sq ft.

Mega projects by PKNS include the state capital Shah Alam and modern townships like Petaling Jaya, Ampang Hulu Klang, Bandar Baru Bangi, Kota Damansara as well as Kelana Jaya. The developer is renowned for building homes in prime locations in the Klang Valley that offer lasting value to its owners.
