88 semi-detached cluster link units with total GDV of RM31.3 million Mar 10, 2010
LBS Bina Group Berhad officially launched the first phase
of Ivory Residences comprising 88 units of semi-detached cluster link homes. Targeted
at upgraders, the landed plot size is large compared to conventional terrace
houses.
Dato’ Lim Hock San, managing director of LBS said, “This
cluster link residential layout concept has given more land and lesser houses
per residential street. Residents in Ivory Residences would enjoy more spacious
and conducive environment at a lower density than conventional terrace housing
scheme. The absence of back lanes in Ivory Residences poises to give better
security to the residents.”
Houses in the first phase of Ivory Residences are
priced from RM339,900 to RM426,100. Gross built up size per unit is 1,722 sq ft
and it has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Lot size is 32ft x 55ft.
A special ‘LBS Hassle Free home Ownership Programme’
package is available for buyers of Ivory Residences. The package offers a 10/90
financing scheme of which only a 10 per cent downpayment is required from
purchasers and the balance will be financed by financial institutions for
qualified purchasers where loan interest incurred during construction will be
borne by the developer. Legal fees and disbursement for Sales and Purchase
Agreement will also be borne by the developer. There is also a further five per
cent rebate during purchase.
The entire Ivory Residences project will comprise a total of 376 units of
semi-detached cluster link homes. It is located in Bandar Saujana Putra, an 835
acres self-integrated township. Currently there are more than 4,800 residential
and commercial units at the township, giving it an estimated population above
20,000.
