Rising up majestically amidst the famed limestone outcrops of Ipoh will be the tallest building in Perak in 3 years’ time. When the 26-storey condominium in Bukit Tambun is completed, it will be the new landmark there dwarfing its surroundings.
Developed by The Haven Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Superboom Projects Sdn Bhd, the condo project consists of 3 blocks with a total of 489 units built on a 10-acre leasehold site, said Peter Chan, co-principal of the Haven Sdn Bhd.
“Another 10 acres will be retained for landscaping to blend in with the 280 million year old limestone hills and a 4-acre lake at the foothills of the hills,” the developer added.
The project has a gross development value of RM230 million and has all the facilities of an upmarket condo. It is targetted at Malaysians looking for a holiday home other than in Cameron Highlands, Fraser’s Hill or Singapore.

This project code itself is a laugh.. guess what ppl are talking about them? When someone asks "where are you heading to?", and your intention is to visit someone residing in The Haven and your answer probably is going to be "going to Haven(Heaven)"... duh!!
