iProperty.com Launches First iPad App In Malaysia
iProperty.com Leads The Way In Innovation With iPad Apps Launched in Malaysia and Singapore
Sep 24, 2010

Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA, 21st September 2010 – iProperty.com Malaysia (www.iproperty.com.my), Malaysia’s No.1 property website has launched the first iPad real estate search app in Malaysia (www.iproperty.com.my/ipadapp), following the company’s recent unveiling of its Singapore real estate app in August, the first in Asia.

The launch of both iPad real estate search apps follow the runaway success of the iProperty.com real estate search iPhone app released in both Malaysia and Singapore markets in April and June respectively. Since its debut, these apps have seen over 30,000 downloads and have ranked No.1 in the Lifestyle Category in the iTunes App Store.

Users of the iProperty.com real estate search app will be able to view over 115,000 properties for sale and rent whilst on the move. A highlight of the app is in its built-in GPS feature, enabling users to view properties on the market near their current location. Users can then get directions to their chosen property to view the actual site.

Chief Executive Officer of the iProperty.com Group, Shaun Di Gregorio said, “iProperty.com is committed to enhancing the experience of property hunters and investors, including meeting the future needs of our users.”

He continues, “The launch of the iPad has given people an additional means to access the Internet and its explosive success in other countries further prove that it will be as huge a success in Malaysia as well. As such, by launching Malaysia’s first real estate search app for the iPad we will continue to lead the market in innovation.”
