SMI Cityhome Sdn Bhd, developer of Kelana Square, Kelana D’Putra, Sterling @PJ and a number of property developments in Kelana Jaya will be launching its final residential development there on 23rd October 2010.

Since its recent soft launch, Zenith Residences has already achieved 70% sales. Construction which is currently up to the 6th floor of the 21-storey tower condominium cum retail block is 100% completed with CF for the retail block, and 20% stage completion for the condominium. The condominium is expected to be completed ahead of schedule, said its Sales Manager, Sandy Low.

“We are also giving RM10,000 rebate per unit and free legal fees for SPA during the launch,” she added.

Zenith Residences comprises 2 blocks of 21-storey leasehold condominiums with a GDV of RM150 million in a development area of 1.1 acres.
