Puncakdana’s RM1 billion Ara Damansara Development
Oct 26, 2010

Mah Siew Sian, founder and managing director of Puncakdana Group has realised his teenage vision through CITTA, an open concept retail precinct with five office towers connected.  This development will bring zest to one of the last parcels of land of Petaling Jaya, Ara Damansara.

CITTA will be completed by the end of this year and will open for business before Chinese New Year, whilst the five office towers are scheduled to be completed within the next five years. Combined, CITTA and the five office towers have RM1billion in gross development value (GDV) over the next five years in Ara Damansara.

CITTA, a 424,000 square feet 3-level open air mall, will have approximately 130 shops bringing convenience, new F&B options, fashion outlets and services to 400,000 people within a 10 minute drive radius.

“We will cater to a huge catchment of upper middle income community within 10 minutes drive radius.  Just imagine, the current household income is at least RM8,300, which places Ara Damansara firmly in the middle to middle upper catchment” says Mah.
