SMI Cityhome Sdn Bhd, developer of Kelana Square, Kelana D’Putra, Sterling @PJ and a number of property developments in Kelana Jaya has fully sold-out its final residential development there.

Since its recent launch on the 23rd October 2010, Zenith Residences has already achieved 100% sales. The condominium is expected to be completed ahead of schedule, said its Sales Manager, Sandy Low.

Zenith Residences comprises 2 blocks of 21-storey leasehold condominiums with a GDV of RM150 million in a development area of 1.1 acres. It offers an urban lifestyle that is attractive to small families, young investors and executives. The units, which come in 6 designs, range from 710 sq ft to 1227 sq ft.

Phase 3, a proposed corporate tower cum office suits , which is the last phase of the project, comprising Zenith Corporate Park, Zenith Residences and Zenith Corporate Tower will be launched soon.
