Trinity Group Sdn Bhd, renowned boutique developer and Dekon Sdn Bhd recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to launch the construction of the Zest @ Kinrara 9 ramp. The ceremony was inaugurated by Dato’ Yong Khoon Seng, Deputy Minister Ministry of Works at the site, which marks the official beginning of the RM7 mil construction by Trinity Group. Contributing to the construction of the ramp is partner I&P which will be investing RM1 mil along with the RM6 mil from Trinity. The project is expected to complete in August 2011.

“With this ramp construction, road users will save an estimated 15 min and travel distance is reduced to 8km,” said Dato’ Neoh Soo Keat, the founder and Managing Director of Trinity Group Sdn Bhd. He added that The Zest @ Kinrara 9 will be the catalyst for the commercial rejuvenation of the Bandar Kinrara Town Centre.
