As part of its CSR, niche developer New Age Portfolio Sdn Bhd recently donated RM10,000 to an orphanage, Padmasambhava Children Loving Association Klang (PCLAK).  Speaking of the company’s commitment to CSR, Mr Lai Yeng Fock, CEO of New Age said: “New Age is most happy to be the facilitator of CSR practices being the property developer of this very elite community of Kinrara Hills’ residents who are all also doing their bit for the society.”

In conjunction with the donation, a site visit was organized for the purchasers of Kinrara Hills to witness the building progress of their very own home units, a first in the market where a property developer opened up the construction site for the buyers’ personal inspection.

As a result, the semi-D owners who attended the home review gushed about the development, which were earlier sold out 100% within 2 months just by word-of-mouth. Two of the 50 happy owners, Dr Ho Wai Fuen and Mr Phang Chee Wai said they were pleasantly surprised by the “over-deliverance” by the developer which exceeded their expectations. “It’s just so rare to find such developers nowadays,” Phang said.
