iProperty.com Malaysia Websites End March with Massive Year-on-Year Growth
Apr 20, 2011
iProperty.com Malaysia (www.iproperty.com.my), Malaysia’s no.1 property website recently announced record-breaking March results in visitors, paid subscribers and number of enquiries sent to its property developer and real estate agent customers.

Key achievements for March include:

Visitors – 115% growth in unique visitors from March 2010.

A total of 916,882 visitors went to the iProperty.com Malaysia network of property websites compared to 424,587 in March 2010.

This huge growth is attributed to strategic partnerships with some of Malaysia’s most visited websites and online and offline marketing efforts implemented by the business which included outdoor advertising campaigns on taxis and billboards launched in February.

Leads – 140% growth in leads sent to iProperty.com Malaysia advertisers.

March 2011 was a historic month for iProperty.com Malaysia with the number of leads sent to property developers, agents and home owners crossing the 300,000 threshold. A total of 301,800 enquiries were sent via e-mail, SMS, telephone and facsimile. This represented a 140% year-on-year growth from March 2010.

Property Agent Subscribers – 700 new property agents advertising on iProperty.com Malaysia from December 2010.

The increasing popularity of the iProperty.com Malaysia websites with consumers has resulted in an increase in real estate agent advertisers listing their properties for sale and rent on the website. iProperty.com Malaysia now has over 5,720 real estate agents advertising on its website, a whopping 73% growth in agent advertisers.

“I am thrilled with the results of 1Q 2011. We have been consistently producing record-breaking months on all fronts and this quarter has been especially successful for us. I look forward to seeing even more positive response for the rest of the year and most importantly, continue to deliver quality leads to our advertisers as Malaysia’s No.1 property website,” said Shaun Di Gregorio, CEO of the iProperty.com Group.
