Following the success of the iProperty.com EXPO International Collection at the prestigious Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, iProperty.com EXPO makes its 2011 debut in Malaysia with exciting properties to be showcased at the coming iProperty.com EXPO Premium Collection happening today until 1st May 2011 from 11am – 9pm at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre.
Organised by iProperty.com Malaysia, the country’s No.1 property and real estate website (www.iproperty.com.my), the exhibition brings together the hottest local properties and properties from Singapore and Australia. Some 50,000 home buyers and property agents are expected to converge as the exhibition combines properties with knowledge-based seminars by renowned industry experts.
Featured at the show are some of Malaysia’s most prominent property developers: S P Setia, Mah Sing, Sime Darby, UEM Land, I&P Group, Glenmarie Properties, Mayland, Land & General, Dijaya, Naza TTDI, GuocoLand, Sunway, Andaman and Hua Yang with many others on display. Back by popular demand, the show will feature free real estate investment seminars for the public and property agents from 11:30am-8:30pm. This has been a consistent hit among visitors to the iProperty.com EXPO shows with the seminar area often filled. Over the course of 3 days, visitors will gain insight into the impact of the MRTs planned for the greater KL, how to select the right residential property, property investment advice and many more interesting subjects by some leading property experts.
Real estate agents will also stand to benefit with a special 3-day property agent seminar from 11:00am – 1:30pm daily. During these seminars, real estate agents will learn tips on marketing their properties online and on social media, property trends and also how to market themselves.
