GuocoLand China Aims to develop Guoson Mall into Beijing's symbolic landmark
May 21, 2011
The property arm of Hong Leong Group, GuocoLand China Limited's (GLC) first shopping mall in Beijing, Guoson Mall, has attained 50 per cent occupancy, says nanaging director Violet Lee.

She said the occupancy is expected to touch 75 per cent by end of July.

With Guoson Mall's strategic location at Dongzhimen, Asia's largest transportation hub that serves 80 million people a day, Lee was optimistic about the prospects of the mall.

The mall is located on top of the metro transfer line 13, line 2, and the Express Rail that links to the Beijing International Airport, surrounded by prominent commercial and retail centres, embassy district, Sanlitun entertainment district and Corporate HQ Avenue.

She said GLC planned to develop Guoson Mall into one of Beijing's symbolic landmarks. - Bernama
