Tradewinds, Zeland Bhd teams up for hospital job bid

Tradewinds Corp Bhd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Zeland Bhd to develop Hospital Pakar Kanak-Kanak, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia through public-private partnership.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia Tuesday, Tradewinds said both companies would form a consortium to jointly submit the tender for the project.
Tradewinds said Zeland would hold 51 per cent stake in the consortium and it 49 per cent. -Bernama
