Green Beverly Hills scoops 2 Asia Pacific Property Award

The Asia Pacific Property Awards 2011 in association with Bloomberg Television have awarded GD Development Sdn. Bhd. with two awards in the category of Residential High-rise Development and Property Development for their RM3.5 billion freehold mixed development “Green Beverly Hills” at Putra Nilai.
The award presentation was held in Shanghai, Tuesday.
Green Beverly Hills was recognised as a project that stands to set a new standard in property development with their focus on the luxury of green environment with revolutionary design and architecture, stunning landscaping, and harmonious co-existence with nature.
Green Beverly Hills are positioned on a 350-acre land comprises 70 acres of virgin forest, 40 acres of organic farm, 20 acres of natural lake and 8-themed herb gardens that is set aside to provide a healthy and natural lifestyle for its residents.
The judging panel is chaired by Lord Bates of Langbaurgh and consists of more than 60 professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is unsurpassed by any other property awards.
This year’s judges include James Bacon, UK account manager of Google; Peter Bolton King, group chief executive of the National Federation of Property professionals; David Dalby of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); and Mike McNamara of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
