Neucor Alliance signs MoU with Swiftlet Eco Park Berhad, Royal Bird’s Nest

Neucor Alliance (M) Sdn Bhd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Swiftlet Eco Park Berhad and Royal Bird’s Nest Sdn Bhd, of which both are the members of Swiftlet Eco Park Group of Companies.
Neucor Alliance has been appointed as the authorized and exclusive redemption agent for Swiftlet Eco Park Berhad, the management company of Malaysia’s first Edible-Birdnest Swiftlet Ranching Share Farming Interest Scheme (ESRIS).
It has also been appointed as the exclusive distributor for Bird’s Nest products, owned and produced by Royal Bird’s Nest Sdn Bhd, under the product development company of Swiftlet Eco Park Group of Companies.
Under the MoU, Neucor Alliance will be providing the redemption services for the investors of ESRIS via online (e-redemption) or walk in services.
In addition, Neucor Alliance will play the leading role to commercialize the proven R&D (Research and Development) concepts and market the EBN products developed by Royal Bird’s Nest Sdn Bhd through its strategic direct marketing approach.
All the EBN extract products are targeted to be launched by August 2011.
