2 blocks of Boulevard Business Park sold at launch

Property developer Magna Prima Berhad sold two blocks of Boulevard Business Park at its launch, Wednesday.
To be completed by 2014, Boulevard Business Park @ Jalan Kuching is a freehold commercial development comprising 4-storey shop offices equipped with lifts.
The low rise commercial podium offers 94 units of shop offices with sizes ranging from 5,540 sq ft - 10,246 sq ft priced at RM550,000 onwards.
Boulevard Business Park’s shop offices are the first component of the 3-in-1 integrated project to be launched.
Sprawled over 10.23 acres with a gross development value of RM572 million, the development’s remaining two components – the retail podium and one block of serviced apartments - are expected to be launched by the third quarter of 2011.
Executive director of Magna Prima Berhad Lawrence Lee Yek Hui said, “This development carries numerous potential business opportunities, especially since it is located in a high density and established area with a huge existing population."
He added, “We are optimistic that it will enjoy a good response from the public seeking good investment returns. Thus far, two blocks has been sold out within today and this is a positive sign."
In conjunction with the launch of this project, buyers will be entitled to two years interest free loans via OCBC Bank through a Developer Interest Bearing Scheme (DIBS) as well as a waiver of legal fees.
