Metroplex Bhd, the former owner of the property, had tried to block the sale of Putra Place after Sunway won with its RM514 million bid.
But Metroplex has lost the case and it now has to hand over control and management of the property to Sunway, it said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia,Tuesday. – Business Times
