iProperty.com Malaysia plans to form a mutual partnership with Small and Medium Enterprise Corporation Sdn Bhd (SME Corp) in July 2011 to provide entrepreneurs a new platform to search for their desired properties directly on the SME Corp website.
This exclusive partnership will enable SME entrepreneurs to have the opportunity to view commercial and industrial properties, powered by iProperty.com Malaysia, that are either for sale or rent directly on the SME website which is currently the central point of reference for information and advisory services for all SME’s in Malaysia.
Chief executive officer of iProperty.com Group, Shaun Di Gregorio said, “The use of real estate search engines has skyrocketed. There are approximately 920,000 property investors that search for property every month on our site and we foresee that this will only increase with the emergence of this new platform.”
He added, “Via this partnership, iProperty.com Malaysia is able to tap into a new market that will enable us to further garner unrivalled reputable presence on the World Wide Web.
“This partnership not only adds another significant distribution channel for agents to list their listings but also further enhances our commitment in enhancing the experience of property buyers and investors.”
Di Gregorio also hoped that entrepreneurs will find the property portal useful in helping them expand and grow their businesses as the tool can be defined to search by type of property, budget, location and desired build up.
In addition to having listings on the SME Corp website, iProperty.com Malaysia presently maintains a strong online presence on internet portals like Bernama.com, Lelong.com, Malaysiakini, Mitula.com, MSN Malaysia, mySimplified.com, NSTP’ e-Media Channel and Sinchew-i.
