Eastern & Oriental Bhd’s (E&O) unit E&O Pie Sdn Bhd has signed an agreement to sell 27,743.7 sq m of land and a building in Bandar Tanjong Pinang to Penang Soaring Profit Sdn Bhd for RM134 million.
E&O said it had bought the land for RM13.57 million, while the construction cost of the building incurred up to May 2011 was RM54.17 million. – Business Times
