The Perlis government has fixed three lease periods for state land and applicants are given the option to chose whichever is suited to them, said Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Md Isa Sabu.
They were for 30, 60 and 99 years years, he told reporters after chairing the weekly state executive meeting here.
Md Isa also said that the state government had agreed to approve Aidilfitri gratuity payment to employees of nine viable subsidiary companies under the Perlis State Economic Development Corporation.
He said the gratuity would be paid before the coming Aidilfitri celebration.-Bernama
