TATT Giap Group Bhd has proposed to buy two pieces of land measuring a total of 5.2ha for RM18.1 million in Penang. .
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the company said the land comes with 2-storey office building with a factory attached to it and another stand-alone building. .
It plans to use the property to manufacture stainless steel industrial pipes and stainless steel fittings.- Business Times
