UEM Land bags hat-trick at FIABCI Malaysia awards Oct 18, 2011
Dato’ Wan Abdullah Wan Ibrahim, UEM Land Holdings Berhad (“UEM Land”) Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer was honoured “Property CEO 2011” at the recent International Real Estate Federation(FIABCI) Malaysia Property Award 2011.
Dato’ Wan Abdullah received the prestigious award from Tuanku Raja Perlis, Duli Yang Maha Mulia Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Ibni Al-marhum Tuanku Syed Putra Jamalullail in an award presentation ceremony which gathered the crème de la crème of the Malaysian property industry.
“I am greatly honoured, humbled and at the same time excited with this honour, not only for me and my family, but also for UEM Land Group as a whole,” he said in his acceptance speech.
Dato’ Wan Abdullah attributed his success to the unwavering hard work, support and dedication of the members of the UEM Land Board of Directors, mentors, management team and staff of UEM Land Group in both Kuala Lumpur and Nusajaya.
UEM Land emerged as one of the top achievers during the awards for also winning in the Master Plan category for its Nusajaya development while 10 Mont’Kiara was acknowledged as the best Residential High-Rise development.
In closing, Dato’ Wan Abdullah expressed that UEM Land is grateful for the accolades and the organisation will take them as affirmation in its stride forward to continue creating value and delivering quality products and services to our customers.

The twin 43-storey high-rise development was also rated with an impressive 81.6 points for its Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS) score by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore.
