On Sunday, 18 December 2011, Dynasty View Sdn Bhd (DVSB) launched another quality product at Seri Austin Hills, known as ‘Citrine’ Double Storey Cluster House.

In the official speech by the General Manager of DVSB, Mr KK Wong highlighted that this 4-bedrooms and 4-bathrooms home comes with a spacious built-up of 2,419 sq. ft. for Type A and 2,411 sq. ft. for Type B. It is priced at RM563,800 for Type A and RM561,800 for Type B respectively.
