PM Hopes For Speedy Issuing Of CF For Shah Alam Apartment Project

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 27 (Bernama) -- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said today he hopes that the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) will expedite the issuing of the certificate of fitness (CF) for the Alam Prima apartment project in Shah Alam.
"The Alam Prima project has been completed and is only awaiting the CF from the MBSA ... the MBSA should expedite the decision," he said in a Twitter message.
Najib was replying to a question posed by a Twitter fan '@Rosmanhashimi' who had wanted to know the status of the project, developed by Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB), the handing over of which has been allegedly delayed by two years.
The Alam Prima apartments are affordable housing in Section 22, Shah Alam, comprising 444 units of medium-cost apartments, the development of which by SPNB began on Aug 6, 2007.
