Homebuyers who were looking for a modern and spacious landed property in Petaling Jaya had a treat last weekend from OSK Property Holdings’ show of appreciation in their latest Ria II phase.

Buyers who signed up for the guarded township two and three-storey Park Terrace homes with green views were given free security charges for one year. Besides that, happy homebuyers were provided with complimentary copies of an interior decoration magazine.

Previously, Sutera Damansara township’s first phase, Sutera Ria which offered 2- and 3-storey terrace houses saw 95% sold. It was reported that sales was boosted by OSK’s Home Free Plus promotion package that has just ended.
