Housebuyers looking for an upmarket investment opportunity within the prime area of Kuala Lumpur can consider HR United’s The Peak 54-acre freehold gated and guarded development in Bukit Prima Cheras.
A mere 10 per cent deposit upfront is enough to move into a brand new two- or three- storey semi-D house there. Legal agreement fees are taken care of by the developer. For investors, there’s also a 5/95 financing package which comes with a rental guarantee of six per cent per annum for two years.
Two size options are available for the new semi-D houses. First, there is 5+1 bedrooms plus two living rooms in 4,519 sq ft of built-up area on a 40’ x 90’ lot priced from RM1.32 million onwards. The other has an additional floor but with a smaller lot size of 40’ x 80’ priced at RM1.28 million.
The Peak comprises of 142 units of three-storey super link houses, 122 units of two- and three-storey semi-Ds and 96 units of three-storey terraces for the first, second and third phase respectively. Each of the three phases will be gated and guarded, as well as feature 24-hour guard patrols, CCTVs and perimeter fencing.

The first phases superlink houses are all complete and priced from RM638,000 onwards. Meanwhile, 54 units of two-storey semi-Ds are completed with another 22 units of three-storey semi-Ds 80 per cent ready. Certificates of Fitness are already issued for the completed units.
For the third phase, the 96 terraces are about 60 per cent complete and are priced from RM648,800 onwards. There are also bungalows for sale in The Peak with built-ups ranging from 4,800 sq ft to 14,000 sq ft.
Monthly maintenance charges for homeowners in The Peak are RM150 to RM200 which clubhouse membership is an additional RM100.
