During the 4 July weekend Paramount Homes launched Indah Residences 2, the latest addition to their Kemuning Utama freehold township. The launch offered double-storey terraced homes in 22’ x 70’ plots priced from RM353,000 onwards.

The new launch saw a 95 per cent take up rate with a reported number of purchasers consisting of mostly young professionals. Homebuyer incentives that were available during the launch was a low five per cent downpayment, 95 per cent end financing, zero per cent interest during construction, free Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and loan legal fees as well as free MOT, with accompanying terms and conditions.
