NBC Land Sdn Bhd sold 10 units of its Jelutong Heights Phase II, while only one unit is left for sale in Phase I of its development in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
The developer hosted a gala in appreciation of support from purchasers of its Jelutong Heights development on January 19. The event was held in conjunction with the handing over of keys for Phase I, as well as the ground breaking ceremony of Phase II, which was held on the same day.
Jelutong Heights is a freehold development offering two-and-a-half-storey semi-Ds priced from RM1.033 million onwards. Phase I, comprising 32 units, have built-ups of between 3,552 sqf and 3,790 sqf. Available in four designs, namely Begonia, Cyprus, Dahlia and Acacia, there is only one unit left for sale in Phase I.
Meanwhile in Phase II, a total of 26 units are available with built-ups of between 3,601 sqf and 3,790 sqf. Ten units have already been taken up prior to the launch. Homes in Phase II are available in the Cyprus and Dahlia designs, but purchasers of units that are yet to be constructed may opt for the Begonia or Acacia designs.
Each unit in Jelutong Heights comes with a landscaped garden and grass turf. Residents will also get to enjoy facilities such as a basketball court, which doubles as a badminton court, one acre of landscaped garden and 24-hour security. A nearby forest reserve adds further security to this guarded garden community.
Accessible via Federal Highway, NKVE, Guthrie Corridor Expressway and Shah Alam-Batu Arang Highway, Jelutong Heights is close to conveniences such as Tesco, Giant, Jaya Jusco and schools.
