YTL Land & Development Bhd is offering semi-Ds with private pools in its upmarket Lake Edge residential development in Puchong.

Named Waterville, the 50 units is priced from RM1.59 million each. The homes come with a lawn on the top floor and a long timber deck at the pool.

Currently in the advanced stage of construction, Waterville features 3,800 sqf of built-up space with four bedrooms and a maid’s room – all on a standard lot size of 40 ft by 85 ft. All bedrooms come with an en suite bathroom and a private outdoor shower.

YTL Land general manager Edward T. G. Lee claimed many potential buyers had registered their interest in Waterville. According to him, they mainly comprised Puchong residents looking to upgrade.

Lee is confident Waterville would receive good response despite the current market condition, because few quality semi-Ds are available in Puchong.

A gated and guarded community, Lake Edge also features a collection of courtyard, terrace and bungalow homes.
