The Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (Rehda) Johor hopes to garner RM100million in sales from the state-level Malaysia Property Expo (Mapex) 2008.

The association recorded sales of RM150million in a four-day property expo last November, in which 40 developers took part, according to branch chairman Steven Shum. He also said that the main objective of the last event was to create awareness among potential house buyers of the best time to invest.
