YNH Property Bhd has acquired a 70% interest in two parcels of development land in Mont’ Kiara for RM67.87 million cash and an assumption of RM4.6 million debt.

The company said the acquisition is being acquired by a 70% stake in D’Kiara Place Sdn Bhd, the owner of land measuring 2.43ha, from Triple-H Auto Parts Sdn Bhd.

YNH is planning the development of serviced apartments, an office block, a retail centre and an auditorium with an estimated gross development value o RM680 million.
