Bertam Properties Sdn Bhd hopes to see positive response to its latest homes at its Bertam Perdana township as the company plans to offer up to 12% discount for the second phase of its Bertam Lakehomes bungalows.

Bookings for the bungalows will open during a launch ceremony scheduled on August 18, with prices starting from RM512,400 for the luxurious homes located near a recreational lake.

Chief executive officer Datuk Roslan Ibrahim said, “Those interested should act swiftly as the discount is for a limited time and only 29 units of the Indrapura and Langkasuka bungalows are up for grabs.”

The Indrapura bungalows have a built-up of 2,800sq ft and a land area ranging between 6,000sq ft and 9,000sq ft, while the Langkasuka units have a built-up of 2,700sq ft and land areas from 6,000sq ft and 10,000sq ft.

Bertam Properties are building 15 units of Indrapura and 14 units of Langkasuka, expected to be completed in 24 months.

Roslan also said that a five percent discount for the Indrapura and Langkasuka bungalows would be offered to non-Bumiputera purchasers, while Bumiputera purchasers would enjoy an additional seven percent discount.

In addition to the discount, Bertam Properties is offering a free Penang Gold Resort membership, free security services for two years and a basic home alarm system.

“These incentives are our way of expressing our appreciation to home buyers for their support on our products,” he said.

Bertam Lakehomes is located in the maturing Bertam Perdana township in Kepala Batas and is located in close proximity from the Seberang Prai Utara’s education hub that is home to Mara Junior Science College and Industrial Training Institute.

The construction of other education facilities such as the Universiti Sains Malaysia and Universiti Teknologi Mara branch campuses, Kepala Batas School of Science, Nursing College, Penang International Dental College and Alliance College of Medical Science is ongoing.
