The third annual International Homebuyer and Property Investor exhibition is being held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from today to Sunday.

80 exhibitors, which include 20 foreign participants from 10 countries, are featuring a wide range of upmarket property and property-related investments and services locally and internationally. 

A three-day seminar will also be held in tandem.  

Among the speakers are Economic Planning Unit senior principal assistant secretary Abdul Jabbar Abdullah, who is speaking on Foreign Investment Committee guidelines for foreign property purchasers; Ho Chin Soon Research Sdn Bhd managing director Ho Chin Soon on the Klang Valley and Iskandar Development Region; and Intellectual Property Ltd (Hong Kong) managing director Tim Murphy on the global property boom and promising markets.  
Tourism Ministry planning and international affairs division head of policy Dr Junaidah Lee Abdullah will also speak on Malaysia My Second Home guidelines for foreign buyers.
