Crest Worldwide Resources Sdn Bhd is upbeat on its latest RM357 million project Crest Jalan Sultan Ismail (CSI).

It expects that the development, located in the central business district of Kuala Lumpur, will be sold out within three months from its launch yesterday.

Prices for the residential units start from RM650psf to RM900psf for built-ups ranging between 616sq ft and 7,593sq ft, while the office units are priced from RM540psf with sizes ranging from 1,165sq ft to 10,498sq ft.

According to Khong and Jaafar Sdn Bhd director and marketing agent for Crest T. Nagalingam said the prices of the properties are expected to appreciate in the region of RM1,000psf to RM1,200psf when completed in 2010 due to the project’s strategic location and pricing strategy.

“Priced moderately, with an affordable entry point in comparison to other similar developments in the area, CSI caters to anyone looking for state-of-the art services, facilities and architecturally aesthetic residential and commercial towers,” he added.

CSI, comprised of a 25-storey corporate tower and a 44-storey residential tower, has already received 40% bookings for the apartments and 20% for the office lots, said managing director Shamir K. Nandy. er cent for the office lots.

"We are currently targeting 60 per cent foreigners and 40 per cent locals as buyers," he said.
