The TRW group has recently entered into a sales and purchase agreement with Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd (PjH) to acquire more commercial land in Putrajaya.
PjH chief exective officer Azlan Abdul Karim hopes the agreement will be a win-win situation for both parties and provide a greater push towards the development of commercial properties in Putrajaya.
TRW Boulevard Square Sdn Bhd, who is a part of international property investment and development TRW group incorporated in Hong Kong, is to purchase 6,160sq meters of land in Precint 3 for RM23.2 million.
Senior director of TRW Boulevard Paul Ravelli said at the signing of the agreement that the group planned to build on its newly acquired land two office towers – one eight-storey and the other with 13 or 15 storeys, while the second tower has yet to be confirmed.
The buildings are set to be completed in two years.
