Another player is about to enter the high-end residential arena in the Kuala Lumpur city centre. Nam Fatt Corp Bhd has purchased select locations in and around the vicinity and is also seeking to purchase or joint venture with land owners in premium locations within the Klang Valley.

Local property division general manager Eric Tan was quoted saying that the move is in line with the strategic objectives of Nam Fatt’s diversification and rapid growth.
