Mah Sing Group Bhd subsidiaries have entered into separate sales and purchase agreements for the acquisition of freehold land in Penang.

The first, Vienna View Development, has entered into four sale and purchase agreements to acquire 33.02 acres from Kembang Biru Sdn Bhd for about RM44 million, while Enrich Property Development Sdn Bhd has entered two separate SPAs with Kembang Biru for the acquisition of 25.80 acres for approximately RM34.4 million.

Lastly, Vienna Home Sdn Bhd is acquiring 27.96 acres for about RM37.3 million.
