Cyberjaya’s abundant greenery and tranquil atmosphere is the setting for Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd’s Perdana Lakeview East and Perdana Lakeview West, which has received warm response as of late.

The RM130 million Perdana Lakeview East offers 165 bungalow lots and linked garden terraces with areas ranging between 7,818sq ft to 21,432sq ft. Prices start from RM619,888 to RM6.6 million.

While the more exclusive Perdana Lakeview West offeres 47 mansion lots situated on higher ground fronting Putrajaya Lake and the Sri Saujana Bridge. The plots are priced from RM106psf to RM128psf or RM1.61 million to RM5.34 million.

Take-up for the lake-fronting residences in the intelligent city has been encouraging, said chief operating officer Lao Chok Keang, adding that Perdana Lakeview East is about 70% sold and Perdana Lakeview West is 35% taken up.

Lao said, “One of the attractions of these homes is the breathtaking view of Putrajaya Lake. Residents will also get to enjoy the administrative capital’s skyline.”

In addition to the two up-market projects, the company is also planning to build superlink houses and condominiums in the years to come.

Setia Haruman is looking to build more affordable housing to accommodate Cyberjaya’s rising population.
