SPK-Sentosa Corp Bhd wholly-owned subsidiary Pembinaan SPK Sdn Bhd and Bina Puri Holdings Bhd are jointly undertaking the development of phase 1 plot 1 zone B residential, commercial and recreational project in Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi in United Arab Emirates.

Physical progress of the work constructed is estimated to reach approximately 28% by the end of this year.
