Malton Bhd has invested RM11.2 million to purchase 0.76ha of land in Taman Maluri, Cheras in order to increase it land bank.

The company has also formed a partnership with Gading Wangsa Sdn Bhd to jointly develop an estimated RM47.9 million 35-storey condominium in Pulau Tikus, Penang.
