With the budding high-end sector going into full swing, A & M Realty hopes to join the bandwagon and build a bigger presence in the niche residential market with the launch of its luxury condominiums in Mon’t Kiara and a high-end bungalow development in Shah Alam.

Its bungalow development, called Amverton Park @ Kemuning Country Resort, will be situated within Kota Kemuning prestigious neighbourhood on a 30-acre site and designed with an Australian-lifestyle concept. The RM240 million gated and guarded development will offer 200 units with condo type facilities and round-the-clock surveillance. It will be launched in September and be completed in five years time.

While in Mon’t Kiara, the company is aiming high, literally. A & M Realty plans to build a condo project on one of the highest points in the area, which is located 140 metres above sea level.

The RM300 million project will be situated on 3.03-acres that was purchased last month for RM120psf. The condo will feature 190 units within two blocks of 18- and 30-storeys towers and boast privacy and exclusivity. Priced at RM400psf, the high-end residence’s launch is planned for later this year.

The company expects to expand its land bank in the Klang Valley, including Petaling Jaya and Sungei Buloh as well as other new growth corridors such as the Iskandar Development Region in south Johor.
