Analysis Layouts offered by 10 Mont Kiara are not very appealing. You can notice that Type A directs to dining room, meanwhile Type B directs into kitchen from the entrance. Besides that, even though its built-up is over 3,000 sf, there is no provision for informal and formal dining rooms. Furthermore, it also does not feature double volume ceiling and other exclusive and unique features such as huge lanai, outdoor shower and Jacuzzi.
10 Mont Kiara does not offer much exclusivity even though it is priced over a million ringgit. The main reason is due to high density, as there are over 300 units available. With scarce number of millionaires willing to fork out millions ringgit to own a unit here, it is difficult for Sunrise to sell all the units.
