Analysis Some say that the layouts offered by 10 Mont Kiara are not very appealing. One can notice that Type A directs to dining room, meanwhile Type B directs into kitchen from the entrance. Besides that, even though its built-up is over 3,000 sf, there is no provision for informal and formal dining rooms. Furthermore, it also does not feature double volume ceiling and other unique features such as huge lanai, outdoor shower and Jacuzzi.
For a luxury condominium, 10 Mont Kiara is considered quite high in density, even though it is priced over a million ringgit. There are over 300 units available at this high-end condo. Surely, it will be harder for owners to find a tenant or flip their unit in subsale market.
